USPS delivery in 2-4 days.

Does Deltio ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

Does Delito offer express delivery?

We do not offer express delivery at this time.

What do I do if my cards don’t arrive in the expected delivery time or are not delivered at all?

Contact our support and we will try to resolve the issue.

Where does Deltio deliver from?

We print our cards from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Do my photos have to be a certain size?

We recommend all images be at least 300 DPI or at least 1500 x 2100 pixels for best quality.

Can I send a postcard to more than one person?

Yes. You can send a postcard to multiple addresses in a single order.
